先天性尺骨缺损
congenital ulnar hemimelia
又名“外翻手”。一种少见的手部先天畸形。在胚胎发育到26天时形成上肢芽，以后渐渐发育成上肢。若在发育过程发生障碍，发育的尺骨停止发育便成此种畸形。由于尺骨发育不全，使手偏向尺侧，前臂缩短，桡侧突出。同时会有尺侧2～3指缺损，第4、5掌骨骨性愈合。治疗比较困难，每易复发。可松解尺侧软组织，截断桡骨并将其移位至现存的尺骨断端上，固定成为单骨前臂。
