According to the analysis of the "five in one mode,seamless joint" talents cultivation pattern implemented in Huanggang Normal University,and its implementation background,process and effect as well\',this article emphasizes that the talents cultivation model is the very exploration and practice for the realization of local university practical talents cultivation target.

This paper described the practicing of this teaching method in cultivating applied talents from different aspects such as teaching,evaluation and effect and so on.
