On the basis of Gleeble experiment and solid solution treatment at varying temperatures,this paper studied the high temperature plasticity and grain growth trend of GH4098 alloy,discussed the effect of solid solution temperatures on the room temperature property of the alloy,and defined the critical changing temperature of grain growth and optimum hot deformation temperature scope of this alloy.
