Taking application of the technology of 1 770 MPa main cable strand made in China to the Xihoumen Bridge for research object,the anchorage performance of galvanized steel wire for main cable strands,weaving technology,setting cable or receiving cable of the level packing in coiler,tensile test of main cable strands,putting the cables test etc.

All the results are satisfied,which indicates that the topology optimization method is fit for the horizontal arch ring design.
