睾丸生殖细胞性肿瘤
病名。睾丸肿瘤之一。 确切病因不清，可能起源于曲细精管胚芽上皮的原始生殖细胞。包括精原细胞瘤、睾丸胚胎 性癌、睾丸卵黄囊瘤、睾丸畸胎瘤、睾丸绒毛膜上皮癌、睾丸多胚瘤和睾丸多种组织学成分 的生殖细胞性肿瘤(混合性癌)等。手托睾丸有沉重感，睾丸肿块多数质地坚硬，轻压痛，表 面可有结节。早期附睾可正常，与睾丸有界限；后期被肿瘤浸润边界消失。部分病人原发灶 小，不易扪及；而表现睾丸外转移灶。据病理组织学确诊。治宜先行根治性睾丸切除术，据 病理类型的临床分期选择不同治案：精原细胞瘤以放疗为主；非精原细胞瘤性生殖细胞肿瘤 宜行腹膜后淋巴结清除术，绒毛膜上皮癌宜化疗。辅以免疫治疗及中医药或综合治疗。
