1.汉董仲舒和唐韩愈的人性学说。董仲舒把人性区分为所谓"圣人之性"﹑"中民之性"和"斗筲之性"。主张"名性不以上，不以下，以其中名之"。因"中民之性"可上可下，可善可恶，"性待渐于教训，而后能为善"。韩愈进一步提出"性之品有上中下三"并把"性"和"情"对立起来，"性"的内容为"仁﹑义﹑礼﹑智﹑信"，是"与生俱生"的;"情"的内容为"喜﹑怒﹑哀﹑惧﹑爱﹑恶﹑欲"，是"接于物而生"的。参阅汉董仲舒《春秋繁露．实性》﹑唐韩愈《原性》。
