性质:常用于好气发酵的发酵罐。其基本结构是在高径比为2~4的罐体的顶或底部安上向罐内延伸的搅拌轴,轴上装上2~4个搅拌桨(常用的搅拌桨是带有圆盘和6个矩形与扭成法向分布叶片的称为Rushton涡轮的桨,桨叶外径约为罐径的1/3)。罐底装有无菌空气的分布器(也有用单孔管的)。由于机械搅拌的作用可使进入罐内的空气很好地获得破碎和分布,以增加罐内气液接触面积而有利于氧的传递和发酵液的混合。这种发酵罐因使用较为广泛,故也被称为标准式发酵罐。
