This paper reports the optimum conditions of separation and determination of cyclic-adenosine monophosphate( cAMP ) and cyclic-guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) by capillary zone electrophoresis with indirect laser-induced fluorescence detection.

This system adoptsd an indirect detection method, which refersd to the determination of the tonnage coal from feeding store through detecting the coal amount being charged from coal storehouse and the amount discharged.
