“永乐”款铜镀金弥勒像，高23cm。
弥勒面相方中见圆，丰满端正，五官匀称，眉眼细长，静穆柔美中略带笑意。细腰宽肩，肩、腰呈倒三角形，肩上有莲花与壶各一。宝冠、缨珞、项饰、耳当等装饰繁缛。底座为双层仰覆莲，莲座上下各有一周镶嵌整齐的联珠纹，座上部中间錾刻“大明永乐年施”。
“永乐”款铜造像是明朝廷专为颁赐西藏地方政府官员、宗教界上层人士而铸造的。铸造者选用了上乘铜材与先进的铸造技巧，融合藏、汉两地造像风格而成。“永乐”款铜造像豪华精美，在众多造像中独树一帜，别开一家风貌。
