疱疹样脓疱病
是一种好发于孕妇的严重皮肤病，皮肤的基本损害是在红斑基础上出现无菌性脓疮，常伴有严重的全身症状，分娩后缓解，再孕后可再发。由于高热导致流产、早产、死胎、死产，孕妇也可因高热，心肾功能不全，全身衰竭而死亡。孕期应用皮质激素，支持治疗，加强护理(皮肤、口腔)，预防性应用抗生素。严重病例应立即终止妊娠。
