| 红皮病 erythroderma 一种少见而严重的皮肤病。全身或大面积皮肤弥漫性红斑、肿胀及脱屑。其原因可能是：①银屑病、湿疹、脂溢性皮炎、毛发红糠疹、扁平苔藓等恶化而引起。②淋巴瘤、蕈样肉芽肿的红皮病，预后较差。③药物过敏所致。应根据病情，仔细检查后确诊并寻找病因。本病病程慢性，不易治愈。应根据原发病处理。治疗时应采用支持疗法，食用高蛋白、高维生素饮食，小量输血。有感染时给抗生素，但应注意过敏反应。加强护理，适当外用药物。 |
