【来源】
为水龙骨科植物庐山石韦Pyrrosia sheareri(Bak.)Ching的叶。
【植物形态】
多年生草本，高30～60cm。根茎粗壮，横走，密生披针形鳞片，鳞片边缘有睫毛。叶同型，簇生，坚革质，上面仅沿叶脉有毛或无毛，有细密而不整齐的凹点，下面有分叉、短阔的黄色星状毛；叶柄粗壮，以关节着生于根茎上；叶片宽披针形，长20～40cm，宽3～5cm，向顶端渐尖，向基部稍变宽，为不等的圆耳形；侧脉在两面略下凹。孢子囊群小，在侧脉间排列成多行，无盖。 生于石上、树干上。分布于长江以南各省区。
【性状】
叶片略皱缩，展平后，全缘，边缘常向内卷曲。上表面黄绿色或灰绿色，散布有黑色圆形小凹点；下表面密生红棕色星状毛，有的侧脉间布满棕色圆点状的孢子囊群。叶柄具四棱，长10～20cm，直径1.5～3mm，略扭曲，有纵槽。叶片革质。气微，味微涩苦。

含异芒果素（isomangiferin）、延胡索酸、咖啡酸、皂甙、蒽甙、黄酮甙、鞣质。
【性味及功能主治】
同石韦。
