1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、打开当班使用的风机的进、排风伐门、同时关闭备用风机的进、排风伐门。
3、检查润滑油的油位应在批示器油位线范围以内，否则，应及时添加30号机械油。
4、用手扳动联轴节，检查鼓风机内是否有金属撞击声或磨擦声，如没撞击声或磨擦
声，并转动灵活，即可进行生产。
