为10号染色体远段三体。表现：胎儿期即开始有生长缺陷，出生体重平均2.7kg。严重智力低下，头小，脸扁平，前额高，眉毛呈高弓形，睑下垂，睑裂小，眼小，鼻梁低平，鼻孔朝前，弓形口，上唇突出，腭裂，耳畸形后旋。指趾屈曲，(■)指近侧移位，第2、3趾并连，足位异常，皮嵴纹发育不良。心和肾脏畸形各占病人的一半，脊柱后突侧弯，漏斗胸，只有11对肋骨，隐睾。大约半数婴儿在1岁内死于先天性心脏或其他畸形，存活的小儿明显智力低下，常卧床不起，语言不清。
