This paper starts from the effects of handstand training on rip entry and armstand on the diving platform and primarily proposes some procedures and methods of land auxiliary handstand training during diving,through the principle analysis of handstand vertical entry and the role of handstand training in the basic training of diving.

This technic not only shows the characteristic of handstand,but also is the key point of moving of gravity center and balance in gymnastics.

Solutions were provided to the badly-performed handstand with high deduction,aiming to offer help for the hang ring training.
