This paper describes the design and realization of an automatic mesurement system for characterization of GaAs/AlGaAs QWIP device by computer.
分别用LABVIEW和LABWINDOWS/CVI两种开发平台进行程序编写 ,遥控测量仪器 ,控制微机自动采集和处理数据实时绘制曲线 ,对本项工作自行研制的GaAs/AlGaAs量子阱红外探测器件进行了基本性能的检测 ,实现器件主要特性—I V曲线的自动测量。
