Based on the function of the activities of the subjects in the non-political public field,this article analyzes the relationship between law and the policies in non-political public field,as well as the struggling relationship between the action practices of different subjects.
本文是在《中国社会结构变迁与转型的动因探索:通过社会行动的法与非政治公共领域的关系解读》一文的基础上所做的更进一步的研究,仍以非政治公共领域的主体行动为支点,在非政治公共领域的制度与法律之间搭建桥梁,并通过主体行动实践在这几者要素之间的博弈分析,揭示非政治公共领域主体是如何通过行动实践促使社会结构变迁和转型的,从而进一步探索中国社会结构变迁与转型之潜在动因,并试图对社会行动理论做更深入的诠释和研究。

There are 3 parts in the plan which are: 1) The basic structure of the action scheme of sustainable tourism development including the aim design of specific action plan,determination of the action parts and specific content of actualization.
主要包括:1)行动方案的基本框架构建,包括行动目标的制定、行动主体和具体行动计划的确定;2)以贵州部分有代表性的民族村寨社区为例,在总体目标控制下,根据各行动目标要求及行动主体利益诉求设计具体行动方案;3)为了行动方案的顺利实施,分析了可持续发展行动方案的保障机制。
