| 中华猕猴桃 Actinidia chinensis；Chinese yangtao 猕猴桃科猕猴桃属落叶木质藤本。又称阳桃、羊桃，简称猕猴桃。世界上约有56种，中国约有52种。其中中华猕猴桃是该属植物中果实最大 、经济价值最高的一种。中国大部分地区均有栽培 。雌雄异株 。冬芽 隐 藏在膨大的叶座中，茎髓层片状。叶倒卵形，通常为具3花的聚伞花序或1花单生，乳白色，有香气。浆果，卵圆或椭圆形，黄褐色，种子数多而小。可分为软毛变种、硬毛变种、刺毛变种。性喜温暖潮湿、土层深厚、排水良好的背风阳坡或半阳坡。不耐旱、涝。宜用嫁接或扦插繁殖 。抗病虫害 能力较 强 。果实营养丰富，含有维生素C、糖、蛋白质 、矿物质等 。果实供鲜食，也可制糖水罐头、果酒、果汁、果酱等，并可用于糖果、糕点等食品。根供药用 ，藤 条 浸出的水溶性胶液 ，可作造纸糊料，或作印染 的胶料和建 筑用的胶合剂。叶含淀 粉 和维 生素C，可作猪、牛、羊的饲料 。花可浸 提 芳香油和配制猕猴桃酒。种子含油约30％，可食用。
