资源转移和替代经济效果评价(evaluationof eeonomie effeet for resourees trans-lation and substitution)从经济角度，用经济效果指标和边际分析方法，对农业生产资源的转移和替代进行比较、分析和选优。资源转移和替代是农业生产中经常发生的经济活动，对其进行经济效果评价，是合理有效地利用有限的农业资源的一项重要的技术经济工作。 资源转移的经济效果评价农业生产资源依据其用途分为专用资源和兼用资源。专用资源仅用于某一用途，而兼用资源则可用于多种用途。例如，劳动力、土地、通用机械等均属于兼用资源。当生产资源从一项生产转用于另一项生产或从一种用途转入另一种用途时，经济效果就会发生变化，因而需要进行评价。根据资源再分配转移利用效果的理论，可以把某种资源原来用途的报酬叫“起始收益”;资源从一种用途转移到另一种用途所得的报酬大于它的起始收益的部分，叫做“资源转移收益”。生产中利用的某种资源向另一种用途转移时，只有能获得转移收益，这种转移才是可行的。如果转移用途所得报酬小于起始收益，就会降低整个经济效果。比如使用机器腾出的劳动力转移到新的用途，在利用机器增加的收益大于所增加的费用前提下，劳动力转移后的收益大于或至少等于原来用途的起始收益时才是合算的。资源转移的经济效果，可用资源转用后，单位资源带来的增收额进行衡量:单位资源的转移收益二新用途收益一起始收益资源替代的经济效果评价资源转移量农业生产资源分为不可替代资源和可替代资源。例如，土地、光照、温度、灌溉水等属于不可替代资源;而不同种类的饲草、饲料、燃料等则是可替代资源。可替代资源具有相同或相似的功能，只是价格不同，从而可在同一生产项目中进行有限替代。这种替代在技术上必须起到相同的功能，保证农作物或畜禽的正常生长、发育和成熟，对生产没有不利影响;在经济上必须合算，即替代中换出资源之所得必须大于替入资源之所费。对替换出的资源也必须安排合适的用途，使其转用效益不低于原来可能取得的效益。利用多种资源生产等量的农产品时，为了节省生产费用，可以用高效或价廉的资源来替换一部分原用资源。例如用混合饲料替换大部分饲料粮。通过这种替换，找出生产等量农产品的成本最低的资源利用组合，从而获得最大的资源代换效果。为此，首先必须找出替换资源的临界点。根据边际均等原理，当替入资源的边际费用与换出资源的边际费用相均等时，就是资源相互替换的临界点。替入资源单位费用与换出资源单位费用之比愈低，则资源替代效果愈大。
