国际贸易价格术语
1050市场经济百科全书践中形成的。由于国际贸易是在不同国家和地区之间进行的，具有比国内贸易更加复杂的因素。如:运输距离长，需要跨越国境;要涉及并受到有关国家法令、贸易规章的约束;需要办理运输、保险、金融、税务及进出口证件手续等。具体到一笔交易，买卖双方必然要遇到下面各个问题:①由谁租船订舱和支付费用;②由谁申领许可证、报关纳税、办理货物的进出口手续并负担费用;③由谁办理货物的运输和保险;④由谁负担货物在运输途中可能出现的各种风险;⑤在什么地方办理货物的交接;⑥买方何时何地付款、凭单据付款还是收到实物后付款。上述问题全部涉及买卖双方的经济利益，都是必须在国际贸易中明确和解决的。人们通过多次实践，逐渐形成了一整套相对固定的、按照不同交货地点来划分双方责任、费用和风险负担的习惯做法，因而形成了价格术语。以后又经过不同的国家组织研究、修改、补充和增订，逐步趋于统一和完善。目前可归纳为内陆交货的价格术语、装运港交货的价格术语、目的港交货的价格术语和边境交货的价格术语4类35种。价格术语的出现为国际贸易提供了方便，简化了买卖双方磋商的内容，节省了时间、费用和开支，加快了计价运算，缩短了成交过程，对促进国际贸易的发展起着重要的作用(见下表)。
