天鼎 天鼎 经穴名。也《针灸甲乙经》。别名天顶，属手阳明大肠经。在颈外侧部，胸锁乳突肌后缘，当结喉旁，扶突穴与缺盆连线中点，另说“在缺盆上，直扶突，气舍后一寸五分”（《针灸甲乙经》）；“在项缺盆直扶突，气舍后一寸陷者中”（《太平圣惠方》）；“在颈缺盆直扶突后一寸”（《铜人腧穴针灸图经》）；“扶突后寸半，合人迎后三寸；一法迳取结喉旁开四寸五分”（《循经考穴编》）。布有锁骨上神经，正当颈皮神经在胸锁乳突肌后缘穿出处，深层为膈神经，并有颈外浅静脉通过。主治暴瘖气哽，咽喉肿痛，瘿气，瘰疬等。直刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸1-3壮；或艾条灸3-5分钟。
