[Objective] To discuss the effective mechanism of Sitian acupoints prescription in treating disease of vertebrae cervicales of rats through observing IL-1β,iNOS,COX-2 and MMP-3 expression change.
[目的]通过观察"四天穴"针方对动静力失衡性颈椎病模型大鼠椎间盘外周炎性因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、环氧酶-2(COX-2)及中性蛋白多糖酶(MMP-3)表达的影响,探讨其对颈椎病大鼠椎间盘退变的作用机制。
