水发木耳150克。黄瓜75克,水发粉丝75克。香油20克,盐3克,味精2克。
≮美食做法≯
1、将发好的木耳(去蒂),黄瓜洗净,均切成细丝;粉丝洗净,用手掐短;将木耳丝投入开水锅中略烫一下,立即捞出,再将粉丝投入焯烫成熟,捞出都用凉开水浸凉;黄瓜丝放入碗内,加少许盐腌渍片刻。
2、食用时,从凉开水中捞出木耳丝、粉丝控干水,放入盘中,再将黄瓜丝挤去盐水放入,浇入香油,撒上味精,放入余下的盐,拌匀即可。
