| 类风湿性关节炎 rheumatoid arthritis 伴有急性发作的慢性多发性关节结缔组织病变。一般认为是某种感染引起的自身免疫反应。发病年龄多在青、中年，女性多于男性。开始以关节滑膜病变为主，逐渐侵犯肌腱、韧带等结缔组织，后期破坏软骨与骨。还可并发皮下结节、心、肺及血管等器官的疾患。常见症状为多发性对称性关节疼痛、肿胀，有急性发作，可自行缓解，后期可出现关节强直、畸形及功能障碍，严重者生活不能自理。血清类风湿性因子试验、免疫球蛋白测定、C-反应蛋白的测定及X射线片所见有助于诊断。关节肿痛时应休息，症状缓解后可适当活动。慢性期一般用药物及理疗；采用滑膜切除术、关节成形术及人工关节置换术，可以减轻疼痛、矫正畸形和改善功能。 |
