原料: 原 料:
材料:结球大白菜500克。调料:盐10克, 白醋45毫升,糖15克,鸡粉5克,花椒粉5克,辣椒丝1-2条,辣油15毫升,辣豆瓣酱15毫升。
制法: (1)结球大白菜洗净切粗条,放入滚水中氽烫,捞起沥干待凉。
(2)将所有调料拌匀,加入大白菜腌渍片刻出水,再挤干水分,放入冰箱冷藏入味即可。
