材料:菠萝、猪外脊肉、青椒
做法:
菠萝和猪肉分别切片,青椒掰成小块。锅内放油待油热后先放姜丝炒出味,放入猪肉片翻炒待肉片变色后,同时放入菠萝和青椒一块翻炒,炒的时间不要过长,就可以出锅了。
特点:口味酸甜,红绿黄色泽鲜亮,味美可口。
